All garbage (including fridge/freezer) to be placed in cans located in shed The property has 6.95 acres filled with an abundance of mixed mature trees, perrenials and 279 feet of river frontage on the prestigious Salmon River. This rental is located towards the end of the cul-de-sac and can be easily detected by the beautiful stone pillars at the entrance. A long private driveway enhances your privacy and leads to a 1,800 square foot Adirondack style home. The 8 foot wide wrap around porch gives everyone room to relax and watch the wildlife. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas stove, dishwasher, over sized refrigerator and hidden laundry closet with washer and dryer. There are two generously sized bedrooms with closets, one consisting of 1 queen bed, the other, 2 double beds. Upstairs is enough room for play on a rainy day or extra sleeping area. There is a full bath with tub/ shower on the main floor.
The internationally known Salmon River is an anglers dream for Salmon and Steelhead fishing. You will enjoy both privacy and the ability to fish at your leisure from your own property. For fisherman, there is a 2 car over sized garage for all of your equipment.
Pulaski is well known for being one of the best fishing spots but there is much more to do. Hike the Salmon River Falls, practice your archery skills, go caving, biking, horseback riding, or visit the Thousand Islands. There are always antiques to hunt down and art festivals to attend. Sylvan Beach is a great spot for taking the kids and catch the classic car show Thursday nights. Ski the Tug Hill Region. Bring your snowmobiles and travel more than 350 groomed trails by entering C5 trail. Within a 45-minute drive you can get to Turning Stone Casino, Oswego, Watertown and Syracuse.
